I ask all clients to please allow up to 7 to 14 business days on turnaround. If you need it within 48 to 72 hours thats consider a rush job and is a $20 Rush fee. For Sameday or 24 hour turnaround rush jobs is a $45 rush fee. For more information dial (813)405-9914.
Q: What happens when I complete your quote/contact form?
After completing our Request for Quotation form, the information is sent to us and we will review it. Within 24-72 hours, we will either be in touch to clarify your requirements and/or send you a written quotation for your design project. Feel free to ask questions, clarify points, or make additional requests. Should you accept the quotation, you will notify us and we will begin your design process.
Q: How long does it take for a design to be completed?
Depending on the type of project or design requirements, a typical project can take a little as 2 days or week/s, every design is unique, for a more accurate estimate fill out one of the questionnaires in the Contact section on this website.
Q: How long does it take to get the finished design files?
Once you have signed off a final design, we prepare the final files for delivery to you. Again depending on the project type, this can be as quick as 1 hour to a more typical 24-48 hours.
Q: How do you deliver my final files?
Once your design is completed, we deliver your final file via email as an attachment. In rare cases where the file is too large to send through regular email, we would use external sites such as WeTransfer.com or SendSpace.com instead where you will be sent a link to retrieve your file/s from there.
Q: Do I have to pay upfront or do you take half?
All payments for projects must be made in FULL before design process begins. Packages are the ONLY times where partial payments are accepted.
Q: How do I pay for my design?
We accept and prefer secure online payments with PayPal.com. Opening an account is fast, easy, and FREE. Millz Graphixx always sends out Invoices to make things easier via email, where you have the option to make your payment with your own Paypal balance or by using a credit/ debit card, so you do you not need to have a paypal account to make your payment. We securely accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
